"When We had that record rainfall, My basement had got some water. The adjuster came in and there Were some discrepancies. So I called my local agent Ariel Garza, His team member came down..This was in the summer, it was 102 degrees that day. He actually walked to my house 8 blocks in the heat wearing dress shoes and tie with slacks. He had a conversation With the adjuster and cleared up things up..everything was fine afterwards.
